Back Pain

so I'm thinking the pain is DOMS on my serratus anterior on my back but I dunno...cause yesterday was triceps, delts, and chest day for me but I feel like I did the bent-over rear delt rows wrong and ended up including some of my back as well and the bottom of my lats on both sides is sore...not the entire lat, just the bottom so i figure it's some other muscle

I too sufferedd from back pain alot.... It is hard to over come but with hard work i think u can over come it .... My suggestions would be abb workouts ... strong abbs help a ton with lower back pain.... Also see if your health insurance will cover a Cryropracter they help out a lot ... atleast for me ..... Good luck...
