Back From slacking. New Training New diet.

Alright so here begins my next journal.. Training is a ****now :/ I really slacked for about 3 months... I mean I was literally just keeping what I had and hardly went to the gym. Now I am training even more serious and my diet and supplements are up to par. So anyways took me 2 weeks to gain back the weight I had lost and my strength is still up to par. Supplements are: Carbo Max Glutamine L BCAAs Muscle Milk Cyto Gainer Vitamin B-12 Adding in Epistane Novadext The carbo max added in with the muscle milk and cyto gainer bring my calories up to 5,500 - 6,000 per day. I am actually looking to increase my intake to 6,500 calories per day. Yeah Yeah I know.. Kind of an overkill but I am actually shooting to turn into a fat ass haha! I have seen some pretty rediculous diets now anyways.. Last weekend I watched my friend kill 3 tbone steaks.. :\ I kinda felt like a little panzy when it came to eating now watching that... :\ So i figure screw it! Time to start eating a little more hard core. :)

Chest Incline: 135lbs x 13 185lbs x 8 205lbs x 5 135lbs x 13 Flat Dumbells :More of a fly movement: I go down below my shoulders and let the weight stretch my arms back. 65's x 10 70's x 10 75's x 10 80's x 6 Cable Flys: Decline angle: 50 x 10 60 x 10 70 x 10 80 x 10 Incline angle: 30 x 10 40 x 10 50 x 10 50 x 10 Yeah that incline not so good but I was going really slow with the 205.. That's sad though I use to hit 225 for more reps then that.. Not a problem though. In about three weeks I should be doing reps with 225 again hopefully for 10 reps. Scale weight is 201lbs. I know not very much.. I did actually shrink down to like 194lbs though.. So I put on some weight in the past couple weeks. I have to be 205 when I start the epistane and you know they say it's the same as havoc but I have ran them both before... Havoc seemed weaker to me.. Last time I ran epi I got much more cut up and alot stronger.. It could have been my diet though. when I broke up with my girlfriend I was drinking alot.. I recently just got back with my wife.. I also don't drink as much.

Oh don't you worry sweet heart I will be busting ass :) Just watch this journal lol. Watch what happens to my strength when I start putting the lbs back on hehehe :) Maybe this time I can hit a solid 215. 220 would be the goal still... But anywhere from 210 - 220 is fine with me. With the new training I should be able to change my shape a little more. I just need more mass so I can cut into it again. Genetically with my small frame I may not go over 220 but I sure as hell could be an incredible looking 205 - 210 ripped.

good to see you back and training. i'd like to see you bulk up to 225, and then cut down to 205 or 210, but that's just me. why not just bulk thru the WHOLE winter, and start cutting in spring? nice numbers on the lifts. i'm right there with you dude in terms of bench numbers. haven't seen your other numbers yet

Honestly.. I don't think I will make it to 225 any time in my 20's.. I just don't have the genetics for that and I have a very small frame. I have loaded up with 5,000 calories before and also took alot of illegal substances for 10 weeks and doses that most would consider insane.. I just get leaner and stronger but never bigger. pro hormones seem to have a better reaction in my body though. Anyway if it's possible ill hit 225 but odds are that may not happen.

No I live in the bay area it's more like mid california.. san diego is 600 miles away. Ripped I am sorry I haven't looked yet! Creation, I tried 3 day a week routines, upper body lower body splits and individual muscle groups per day 5 days per week. It's cool though I have a good shape I actually don't mind my size. Arms: Skull crusher into close grip: 70 x 10 x 10 80 X 8 X 8 80 X 8 X 8 Dumbell Curls twist at top: 40 X 10 45 x 10 EZ Bar curls pressed from stomach to chest into elbows to side and up: 50 x 10 x 10 60 x 10 x 10 Single arm tricep pull down: 40 x 10 45 x 10 50 x 10 Press down: Same as above Leg press: 3 plates x 20 4 plates x 10 5 plates x 10 Dumbell Lunges: 55's x 10 55's x 10 I have a leg day every other week and I mix quads with arms one day and calves and hams with chest the other day for one week. Hard to explain... Anyway today is chest day but first I got to pull out my transmission on my car so I can put in a new clutch/ slave and master slave cylinder. Unfortunatly I won't have all my parts until monday..

Ill try not to let ya down.. I am seriously trying to eat more then I ever have in my life... Yesterday I seemed to have a problem though.. After I worked out I ended up throwing up a couple times.. Oh and I forgot to add in that I did reverse curls also.. My bad may bad.. I am doing really well with my shoulder dumbell press's I can still do 75's and 80's for reps.. But I would like to be doing 90's and 100's for my reps.. My incline bench needs to be back around 225 x 8 or 10 I would like my flat dumbells to be around 115's or 120's.. I am going to have to work on that.. I have really lacked strength wise in the chest department lately. It could be due to my triceps lacking in strength also.. But my back is pretty strong.. I just got to even everything out now.

I really want to be around this size again... I mean it's not like huge but I like it.. I was getting alot of girls here.. I was actually taking this for some really hot girl I was dating. I want to be like a tad bigger then I was here and more defined.. That would be perfect for me.. I think I was around 206 here.. My waist was pretty small though and I did have abs, I should have taken it without the shirt. Anyways I am not asking for much I just think i don't look so good right now.

Can't see the picture. If you're lacking in the chest part, try hitting your lats instead of your triceps.

Creation, I actually won't go under 8 reps anymore.. I don't get as much of a pump with 6 or below.. Yet I think my problem is mostly with my triceps then chest.. My chest looks pretty good, I am lacking in the tricep department though. Not to worried though I pretty much just need more size all around, I am a slender guy. I like my shape but to be real all my lifts are not all that great except for the shoulders. I figure when I put on another 10 - 15lbs my strength might get back up there. Thanks for the words of encouragement Wicked.

Ah, if you know you have weak tri's than work on that. Lats are just as important (if not more) as triceps when it comes to benching.

But Yet, the lats are an antagonist muscle in the Bench Press. The biceps brachii are a stabiliser yeah, but the lats do NOTHING. They support the joints through the movement but they're not actually stimulated in anyway. Keeping your lats in line is just mainly a proportion issue rather than a strength one. If you're looking to Bench more, work on delts and tris. I'd recommend the Dumbbell Push Press - great exercise. Look into it. Hope that helps.

A pump and muscle growth dont really go hand in hand, Big heavy weights build big heavy muscles. Reguardless of Frame size if your on illegal **** or PH's you will grow if you eat enough and give your body enough time to recovery. If your working your muscles hard enough to grow you cant work 2 days in a row or you will OT, your CNS needs 24 hours to recover and muscles dont recover until your CNS has recovered.

You would think so creation.. I use to think that .. But when I get to around 210 - 213 I just **** more lol.. seriously eat a bunch of food and it comes out 1 - 2 hours later ill **** like 3 - 4 times a day.. Bulking from 190 - 200 is easy only **** like once a day the body metabolizes the food. Sometimes you just have to wait for your self to age and your metabolism to slow down. Genetics play a huge roll my friends don't eat nearly as much but they are way bigger. Also heavy weight = heavy muscles.. isn't exactly the truth.. Hypertrophy is not enduced as much with lower reps say 5 - 6 as it is with higher reps like 8 - 12. More body builders actually train for the pump. When they say go heavy they are still shooting for more reps but they go until failure with good form. Never totally failing but they push them self and keep adding to the weight. As long as your progressing with weight and sticking to the 8 - 10 reps I don't see anything wrong with that. There are plenty of guys way skinnier then me who are much stronger.

you mentioned that you threw up multiples times AFTER you lifted. what did you eat before lifting, and how soon before you went to the gym? did you take any type of supplements at all before you went to the gym? just curious

Here was yesterday.: Back Pull ups : 3 sets of 10 Lat pulls: 160 x 10 170 x 10 180 x 10 200 x 5 Tbar rows: 2 plates x 10 3 plates x 10 4 plates x 5 2 plates x 10 Dumbell rows: 100 x 10 100 x 10

Wyrms But Yet, the lats are an antagonist muscle in the Bench Press. The biceps brachii are a stabiliser yeah, but the lats do NOTHING. Incorrect. The wider your lat spread is, the more stability you have on the bench. The more stable you are on the bench, means more force generated from your legs to move the weight. If it makes you feel better though my bench isn't the greatest for my weight/height. 5'7 ~202 pounds, 325x5 bench. Sorry to hijack IBB lol.
