Im 20, 145 lbs. Whats should i be working on. Legs are decent, also just dont like taking pics of them lol.

Nice frame... you should be working on adding another 40lbs of muscle.

Im kinda of short... 5'8"- 5'9". Really hard for me to gain weight.

you look alot better then i do man alot more muscular im 5'9 and i weight 160 ... I think your much heavier for sure ... you gotta be

He's got light bones! Looking good man. Back looks real strong. I can see him being 145lbs. at 5'8 or whatever. He's got really low body fat and looks like he has a smaller frame. It's amazing how much bigger you look when your body fat is low. I think I looked pretty beastly this summer even though I was only 160lbs. at 5'10 when I got done cutting. Keep up the good work man.

Sick back man, i'm arund the same weight as u. its rough for skinny guys to try n put on weight. But u have a solid build

I started at 110 lbs in my Sophomore year of highschool. maybe 3 years off and on. when im "On" im really dedicated. I was off for awhile b/c of a move. I'm now 150lbs, working on strength more than bulk atm. Bench is at 275, Squat is 335.
