You're only 145? Are you short or something? You look like you'd be heavier honestly.

Nice frame... you should be working on adding another 40lbs of muscle.
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing

He's got light bones! Looking good man. Back looks real strong. I can see him being 145lbs. at 5'8 or whatever. He's got really low body fat and looks like he has a smaller frame. It's amazing how much bigger you look when your body fat is low. I think I looked pretty beastly this summer even though I was only 160lbs. at 5'10 when I got done cutting. Keep up the good work man.
Age: 26 Height: 5'10 Weight as of 8/31/08: 160lbs. Current weight: 180lbs. Semi-Clean Bulkin! Current Maxes as of 6/4/08: Squat: 250lbs. Deadlift: 255lbs. Bench: 285lbs.

I started at 110 lbs in my Sophomore year of highschool. maybe 3 years off and on. when im "On" im really dedicated. I was off for awhile b/c of a move. I'm now 150lbs, working on strength more than bulk atm. Bench is at 275, Squat is 335.
