ORIGINAL: wicked121 hey bulkingup. i'm actually on my second box of plasmajet, and the pumps are awesome, but never took it with the sp250. but anyways i was just going to say nice journal and i take my size-on after my workout and it seems to work fine that way to. You really should try it with superpump! Man...what a rush....great pumps too!

wow. now you got me curious. i'm on my second day of SIZE-ON right now. what is plasmajet? and what is halodrol? what do they do? i've got a HUGE tub of no-explode just sitting in my room right now, so if it's just a nitric oxide pre-workout supp, then I'll avoid it for now and finish up my stuff that I have already.

I haven't noticed a lot of difference other than being a little more aggressive...but that could just be a placebo effect...not sure...but I'm just into my second week so we'll see.

well i've been real slack about writing up my workouts and my diet.Diet has been great and I have gained back up to 182.Have been feeling great...lots of energy even after a full days work.Today was legs ans shoulders day....great pumps ...lots of energy...even did more sets than normal almost all of my weights went up over last weeks lifts! I'd list them all but I just don't have the time right now....hopefully next week will be less hectic and I can start treating this journal properly....LOL

It's really been a crazy week...a good friend blew his brains out with a handgun...I was the last person to see him alive...I'm just really confused and don't understand...on top of that I had to be there for his wife and kids as well as be a pallbearer...A real bummer of a week! Needless to say this week my caloric intake too a major nosedive and my alcohol consumption went through the roof (literally) Life is strange...I just don't get how suicide could EVER be anyones best option...I really don't get it at all.... anywho...I'll be back to logging my workouts again starting monday...

well its sunday... I'm back on a good diet... My stomach has been rolling all day,getting used to all the calories after my mid-week binge drinking episode...LOL I'm ready to get back to it....also my job with the local class "A" professional baseball club has been a killer.....today was the last day of a 13 game home stand....Man, what a rough couple of weeks...I'm so glad I've got 8 days without another game to prepare for... Anyhow I'm back at it tomorrow!

Hey guys Well Its been one hell of a week,but i have been working out,I missed monday so instead of monday/tuesday,thursday/Friday....Its tuesday-friday for this week. tonight was shoulders and legs...OUCH legs have been neglected lately and I put a world of hurt on them tonight! I probably won't be able to walk tomorrow....My wife and I did standing Calf raises She whipped my A$$ but I did do 3 sets of 100,99,and 87 reps.....OUCH FEEL THE BURN!!!! My wife did 100,100-,and 105(just to rub it in...LOL) My calves are already cramping up... But it's all good. I also did shoulders/traps tonight....Got a helluva pump in my traps doing shrugs...Overall was a really good workout... I feel great...Plenty of energy...and i'm increasing my lifts. Oh yeah BTW i'm up to 183 pounds so i'm def gaining,My diet has been strong,super clean, and 3200 calories so i'm going to keep it at 3200 for now. good day!

well, today is my arms day I'm going to blast my bi's and tri's until they feel like wet noodles hanging from my shoulders...HaHaHa! My calves are sore as hell...takes me a minute after I stand up for them to totally straighten out....had a cramp so bad I sat straight up in the bed grabbing my calf muscle and massaging it until it went away.... anyhow i'm going to pump up my guns big time then i'm going to friday night LIVE...a local chug and puke show with live music from 6:30-9:30....I'm gonna wear my "Warning: contents under pressure" sleeveless T-Shirt to show off my guns....LOL...I always hear teenagers go..."Damn...you see the guns on that OLD MAN!" HaHaHa....I love it. Good Day!

well iwasn't training this weekend,hell my triceps are still sore from friday..haha...but it feels good! my diet has been spot on...gained another pound this week....184 lol yeah! Overall its been good to get back to the gym and actually feel as if i'm making some progress. I did do some ab work today and some light cardio....tomorrow I've got chest/triceps workout...I'm looking forward to hitting my chest hard,from lots of different angles...It is definitely one of my weaker bodyparts that I need to focus on. Good Day!

Today was chest day...I did flat bench,incline bench,decline bench,incline flyes,and flat bench dumbell presses. I also did 3 sets on the pec deck. For Tris I did cable pressdowns,weighted dips,skullcrushers, and kickbacks. Tris were still sore from friday but I hit them pretty hard anyway. My chest workout felt great although 23 sets might be a little overkill,,,but it felt great....Next week I might start hitting my chest twice a week,and cut down on the volume of sets I'm doing...But I'm trying to hit it from as many angles as possible. I guess we'll see how it goes. My diet was pretty solid,and it seems as though I'm still gaining at 3200 calories....I was up to 184 yesterday so that looks good. I feel strong and I'm really stoked at how well my training is going thus far...I'm headed to the beach (va.beach) this Friday so I'll be going mon-thursday this week. I can't wait to hit the waves on Saturday...Kinda hard to do any surfing this far north on the east coast...ya really have to work the waves...but body surfing and boogie boarding is pretty cool there so it'll be fun! Good Day!

Hey...I love it when they say that Jane...And they always do!..LOL Yeah I learned to surf back in '92 when i was living in San Deigo (pacific beach) It took a while but once I got the hang of it...you couldn't get me out of the ocean! Here on the east coast,theres not much really good surfing,unless you go south down to florida....Oh well...I just love getting into the ocean and playing around....LOL... Keeps the old man "feeling" young! BTW...A hot Cali Girl who can't swim....? C'mon Jane...you need to do something about that! Don't make me fly all the way out there....LOL

Had a great weekend,the beach was awesome...temps in the mid 80's...wasn't as crowded as I would have thought for memorial day weekend but....we had a blast...the water was cold but I got used to it after a while... My Diet was pretty solid...even though I needed more protein shakes to make up the difference from my sporadic meals but....thats life in a hotel room...HaHaHa! I got back yesterday and decided to try a tip from silverfox....He'd mentioned that he does a chest/bi back/tri split instead of the traditional back/bi chest /tri split. The thinking is that biceps get worn out during back exercises so switching them up allows for a better workout for tris and bis...I'm starting this week on this...Actually i'm started yesterday with chest Bi's...skip today then tomorrow will do back tri's....also I'm doing a four day (sunday,tuesday,thursday sat) four days a week split with every other day off....I think this will help because i've had a severe case of DOMS since being on this current stack. Anyhow,Have a great memorial day guys... I'm off to my father in laws pool catch me some rays then off for a cookout at my parents then a little birthday party for my daughter (ten years old...YEAH DOUBLE DIGITS!) Then I'm gonna come home and ROCK OUT on guitar hero 3.....with my daughter! You guys have a great day too!

I've missed updating my journal the last couple of days. so this will have to serve for tuesday and wednesday! Tuesday was an awesome workout! I was doing Back and triceps. I upped my dose of superpump 250 to 1 and a half scoops,maybe I should have gone 1 and a quarter scoops cause I was wired for sound yesterday...LOL...I did deadlifts,seated cable rows,bent over barbell rows,lat pulldowns and pullups,for my back,my biceps were wearing down so I'm glad I took SILVERFOX's advice and switched to back and tri's. for tri's i did weighted dips,pressdowns,skullcrushers,and kickbacks. it was a really a good workout and by the end of it I was spent! Today was legs and abs...I know today was supposed to be my off day but I couldn't help myself! and DUDE (& DUDETTES) I absolutely murdered my legs. It was a good thing I worked out at home today and not at the ballpark...They kids on the ballteam would have teased me unmercifully if they'd have seen me hobbling around the training room...HaHaHa. I did stiff leg deads,squats,standing hamstring curls,seated quad extentions,and standing calf raises. I also had a pretty good ab workout today too...something that I'd really been needing,so i'm glad I got that in today! Tomorrow is my off day but I may go ahead and do my shoulder workout since friday is a game day and I've got to be in my best freinds stand up funeral (wedding) on saturday. Better to overtrain (which I think is a myth) than to miss a workout! Good week so far Good day!

OK, Today was shoulders and traps....Hit my abs yesterday so no need to hit them today. I did OH presses with Oly bar, seated OH dumbell presses.lateral raises, rear delt flyes, oly bar shrugs,dumbell shrugs for the traps. Felt really good today...had way more energy than i had strength...but I feel like I caused some damage in both my delts and traps! My diet has been spot on all week! I was up to 186 as of yesterday...I'm really looking for some mass gains in the next 4 weeks! Good Day!

Today was chest and tris,had a really good workout. Strength is going up,muscles feel fuller,I have noticed my skin a little oily and some acne on my shoulders...I'm guessing from the halodrol...I mean I'm 44 years old..I don't have oily skin nor acne...HaHaHa! Still suffering from DOMS...Hoping it will subside this week. I'm heading to the beach on saturday for 5 days,so I really need to get great workouts in this week,not really sure where or if I'll get much of a chance to workout on vacation...But I'm bringing some dumbells,my EZ curl bar...and some weights...prolly won't be able to stick to my routine...But I figure whatever I can get done will be better than nothing...Also I'm starting on Novadex XT this week,so we'll see if I get much of a Test boost! Good Day!

Have you seen alot of results with your workout? It seems like your doing way to much it looks like what i used to do and saw no results then i changed it up doing less then bam i gained 30 lbs.

I'm going to post some before and afters once i'm done with this cycle. I know it seems like i'm doing too much work...but my body has responded really well.

OK....Today was shoulders and traps...I got a pretty decent workout in...was hot as hell here today,Damn near 90 degrees,My diet has been great,still keeping 3200 calories, I'm feeling really good about my progress,but its kinda weird,sometimes I'll pass by a mirror and go "Damn I'm looking GOOD!"....Then other times I just "Feel" small.... Overall I'm happy though... I'm seriously considering a 3 day total body after this stack is done....We'll see! Good Day!

Well guys, I returned from Myrtle Beach yesterday....Totally worn out! I had my 10 year old daughter and my 5 year old grandaughter with me so they ran me Ragged! I did manage a full body workout on monday and wednesday, My diet was less than optimal,and I sweated my A$$ off while there! I mean It was 96,95,97,99,99 and 98 degrees while I was there. I think I lost like 3 pounds while on vacation...on the plus side my tan is banging! Today I worked chest and Biceps...I only did 3 sets of incline benches,and 3 sets on the pec deck, and I did 4 sets of EZ bar curls,and 4 sets of hammer curls on the preacher curl deck. It felt pretty good although I was pretty worn out before hand. All in all It felt good to be back and settle back in to a daily routine! I kinda grooved on the full body workouts...so I'm going to explore the possibility of doing a 3 or 4 day full body routine on my next cycle(after my gaspari cycle is done) Glad to be back!

OK guys I've been slack about updating my journal,But I did shoulders on sunday...A shoulders only workout....Man it was really fun because shoulders are by far my weakest bodypart. on monday I reverted back to chest and biceps...got a really great pump...was a good workout, I've cut down on the number of sets and have been alternating exercises (last night I did...incline bench,wide grip flat bench and cable crossovers)Next chest workout I'm going to do declines instead of inclines....just to mix it up a bit. Today is my last dose of Halodrol,I'll be doing back and triceps. I'm hoping to post my before and afters either today or tomorrow....I feel pretty good,I've gained about 8 pounds over the last 6 weeks,and also have noticed a decrease in bodyfat. It feels great to be back home and back on schedule.I'm seriously considering doing a 4 day full body or a 4 day push pull routine for my next stack(the freebie,advanced muscle science stack) But all in all I'm happy with my gaspari stack,and the results.
Current Stack: HDROL,Celltech,Superpump 250, Glutamine,Beta alanine,Whey protein.

OK guys here are my before photos and here are my current photos I gained about 8 pounds while on this stack i'm pretty happy with my results...not really sure these photos really show the gains but i feel better,stronger and think I look a lot more muscular than before. I trained Back and triceps tonight,had a pretty good workout...I'm looking forward to my leg day tomorrow. Good day!

Man i see a huge difference in the deltoids/traps.And you definitely look more muscular.Post some leg shots.
