well, the cellmass doesn't matter because thats after your workout...i would suggest if your workout is 30-45 minutes just to have some fruit or something small...nothing "meal-like" the no xplode gives you great energy so depending on your workout if should push you thru. i have lifted early with nothing in my system at all and just no X and i lift for 1 and half 2 hours and it pushed me completely thru it...

You dont really wanna lift on a full stomach dont go lift if you havnt touched food all day but dont eat a meal an head to the weight room. I reccomend a meal 1 hour before workout an then No-X 30 min. prior.
STACK- Vaso-Pump, Acai Tablets ,Oryx Goat Whey, Cell-Tech Hardcore, Universal Animal Pak, EFA's Size-5'10 - 180lbs 20 yrs -- Body Fat -- 7% Athletic Training

i am taking noX right now and it works even if you eat a little before you take it.. atleast it does for me.. before i drink it and go workout i usually eat a banana, glass of milk, and some yogurt. it gets me through my workout til i have my post workout meal. hope this helps.
