I have been away from these boards for a while so I don't know if this has been brought up. First I am not here to flame companies but to bring info the way many did when I first came to these boards to learn about this confusing indusrty.
I was reading the NO and creatine thread and I saw a quote from Ronnie. Listen, BSN is being sued for products-Cellmass and NO Explaode- having no active ingrediants. The ingrediants in question are CREATINE. Cellmass claims to have CEE, which it has been proven not to. Part of the reason they claimed they charged so much for their CM3 technology, which apparently doesn't exist. Basically they were selling creatine mono for $40. Explode has 0 creatine in it, the lawsuit claims. This is not good.
BSN has been sold under the banner of good ingrediants and an honest label. They are beginning to add their name to a list of companies like Dymatize, that are being nailed to the wall for false adertising.
Just a heads up.

There have been a few threads about it for sure but its always good that everyone knows so they stop buying crap from BSN.
Also, what flavor of WMS do you get from IDS and is that the best WMS? I have been reading a lot about it and think I will give it a try, whats the best way to take it (quantity wise) and when or what worked best for you?

Nice, I did not know about this. Although, I would never use NO-Explode. Everyone I talk to who has used it says it's garbage.

Hmm it been a while since Ive ordered some and I dont recall it saying creatine surge o well
I plan trying something like ODW citruline malate with argingine sp?
Shock Therapy is awesome way better than Explide besides the occasionally grenade #2s

I'm not sure why you would take the two together as citrulline is a by product of arginine during oxidization and the whole point is to release nitric oxide as a vasodilator. Seems like overkill but let us know how it goes.

currently i am on N.O seems to be working great and this is not the first i have heard about this topic currently i am allmost finishing my first tub of N.O and I am thinking about switchin to a different creatine. If anyone has some good products that are extremly effective please post and help me out . thanx

I was reading about this a few weeks ago, and read this on BB.com. I am not sure how much of it I believe or how true it is but I thought I would post it since you guys had mentioned it. I am currently trying to come up with my own preworkout supp as well but have found it is kind of expensive to get everything I want so I am looking around the net for cheap stuff.
"It seems as if Citrulline is better absorbed than Arginine, and since it is a precursor to Arginine, plasma levels of Arginine from oral Citrulline are elevated. Once Arginine is assimilated and goes through the liver, a great portion of it is degraded or broken down.
In Comparison, Citrulline is not cleared by the liver and is taken up by the kidneys and other tissues and then converts to Arginine. In regards to Nitric Oxide, Citrulline has shown to be more potent at reversing the negative actions of Nitric Oxide Synthase Inhibitors, which are enzymes that prevent the synthesis of Nitric Oxide."
