Hey guys first time poster here..anyways, I had a question about the BSN Mass Stack (NO-Xplode, Cellmass, and Nitrix). I am 19 years old, have been lifting for about 5 years now, 210 lbs., 6'2", and have approximately 16% BF. My question is is this: I have a good layer of fat on my stomach that i want to get rid of, as long as i eat less calories than i need to maintain my weight can I still take this stack? Thanks very much in advance!

Personally, I would save that stack for when you are bulking again and go with a burner/energizer while you are cutting.

CONTINUE USING MASS STACK! Mass Stack will increase your chances of burning more fat. Start running. Nitrix Takes the fat, carbs, and protien from your blood vessels and and puts them where they need to go.This will increases muscle growth potential and burn more fat; ie: more muscle, less fat. I do alot of sprints for cardio work, I also take NO Xplode before i do cardio and it helps burn more calories and decrease fatigue. Its your choice, but I highly suggest you only stop taking mass stack when you are done with a cycle (12 weeks on, 4-6 weeks off). Good luck
