BSN Stack : weight gain
-

( #1 )
I've been taking the BSN stack for about 3-4 weeks now, and have definitely noticed a gain in my arm and chest strength, however I have been gaining weight. I started at 220 and am now a steady 227. I was hoping to lose weight in the long run...i was wondering if anyone had the same experience. I know some of the weight is gonna be the additional water weight, but how long until i start to lose the fat around the mid section??

i hate to break it to u.. but this stack is not going to get rid of ur stomach. get ur diet in order if u want to drop the bodyfat. dont rely on supplements because u will just end up dissapointed

right...maybe i didnt put enough info in my original post, im takin the stack to supplement my strenght gain, which its doing, however i have gained an additional 7 pounds since starting the stack, and i cant believe its all muscle weight. curious if this stack makes you gain unwanted fat?

Eating too many calories, especially carbs at the wrong times, and not working out hard enough / properly makes you gain unwanted fat. End of story. Post your stats and size and diet and we can give more specific help. If you're not sure about your diet, start hitting up www.fitday.com and log EVERYTHING and you'll have a nice eye-opener.
