What is your macronutrient split? How many cals over maintenance are you? No high glycemic carbs post w/o? Since you are stacking with Bold, you can't atribute all of your gains to the product alone. You must be taking in close to 2g per lb of protein right?
I attribute pretty much 95% of my weight gains to the bold...Tren is a cutter and does not add mass except in very inexperienced ph users.
I don't believe in high glycemic carbs post w/o...plenty of science shows that its not necessary.
I take in a minimum of 400 grams of protein a day, usually more...I weigh 215 at the moment.
I dont know how many cals over maintenence I am, I could care less really. I am eating 400+grams of carbs, 400+grams of protein, and 125-150grams of fat.
plenty of cals...I'm gaining fast and still leaning out.
