227 lbs.. 14.5 years old.. 6'1".... asking us if we have input? Heck dude.. tell us your input! You are bigger now then most. Creatine won't do much for ya. While it works no doubts (other then the 30% of non-responders) at your age I'd be more concerned with cardio (for endurance as a linebacker) and diet. You might also dabble in powerlifting rather then bodybuilding as your job will be more focused on quick bursts of power then looking good and having a large but not as strong peck... if you know what I mean. The forums you should look at would be Nutrition -The sample bulk plan Training - Maybe a routine And then check out Google for information on powerlifting. As a linebacker, the most dangerous ones are the guys with a ton of power, but have the endurance to last and the speed to move. Which means you don't wanna be so big that you are hard to get by but you can't move fast enough. You gotta be big enough to stop them, but fast enough to make a play if you have to. As far as supplements go.. try protein. That should be your #1 supplement and a multi-vitamin. Diet is gonna be huge. Most teenagers don't have a very good one and if you can master that.. you'll be ahead of 99% of the kids your age and quite a few adults. Plus your gains will be most impressive as the fridge will be the cheapest and most efficient supplement you'll ever need. That and maybe a good post workout protein shake!
