I have seen alot of BMI test that are popping up in magazines and by the time I enter my height, weight and all the other info I end up being obese which I know that I am not or at least I don't think I am. Can these test be accurate when we all know that muscle weighs more than fat??

The test does not work for bodybuilders because, as you said, muscle weighs more than fat. A far more accurate measurement of your condition is the body fat %.

KimPhil, These test obviously can't measure your BMI. There is no way to take into account your situation. I know people who are flabby and fall in the low end of these test. There are calipers that can give you a general idea, but he only completely accurate test I know of is where you are weighed underwater. I suggest you not get caught up in the numbers of bodybuilding and use the mirror to give you an accurate update on your progress. Keep training hard. With respect Intense
