BFL, BFFL, Or Custom?

Okay, so I have been eating right, and am now looking for a workout routine. I just started the eating right thing alone, because I knew if I couldn't stick to that, then I couldn't stick to a workout program. (Before all that, I quit smoking and drinking alcohol completely, go me!) So, now I need to know what the best route is. Should I go with Body-For-Life, or Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, or should I just do something custom? I read BFL to get basic information (which is how I got my meal plan) and was considering going ahead and doing the program. What do you guys think of it? My goals are to loose body fat, maybe gaining a little more strength, first. I am sick of having skinny arms and a spare tire, I am just all out of proportion in every way. After cutting down, I want to then add muscle. What do you all suggest? I am completely new to working out with weights, and need some advice on which way to go. Thanks, Fox

I dont know enough about either program to say, but for sure, keep up the good work. I have been lifting in some capacity for over half my life now, but just now really got the concept of eating clean, and man, what a difference it makes. I might read up on those and see which I might prefer. Share your choice and why when you come to a decision.

Look up starting strength, follow that routine and eat like crazy, you'll see results..
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."
