Hey everyone, Im looking to get some other peoples opinions here before I start this 20 rep squat program, im actually going to be starting it in about 3 weeks or so (and ill take another picture at the very start of it) Im also going to take another pic in about a week or so after I cycle some carbs as I have been chowing down on them like nothing :P Im basically wanting to keep a picture progress, begining middle and end. but I want to get some opinions on where my BF% is at right now. Its higher then when I stoped cutting, but my waist is the same size so its not bothering me too much. I finally hit 220 again the other day. appreciate it guys, thanks.

Sweet Crom on a cracker! You're a BEAST! So this is what I have to look forward to north of 200? I like Judging by your abs and quads, which appear to have about the same definition as mine right now, I'd say you're in the ballpark of 12-15%

lol... Well my ultimate goal is to reach this weight of 220 but be at about 10% or lower. Im having high hopes for this 20 rep squat program, and I will probably end up trying keto while cutting some after wards depending on where im at.

Holy ****. You have monster legs man. And an overall good physique (no homo). Good Job. And I'd say 12-15.

Well now hold on a sec -I don't know if I'd say "dominate". I see a lot of balance in this photo. You've got the shoulder-to-waist ratio and a wide enough chest that when you do hit 220 at 10%, you'll have the total presentation nailed. I just think (and maybe it's the way you were standing, IDK) that your legs are showing the definition better than your upper body. I have almost exactly the same problem, except I don't see definition like that in my vastus until I'm hittin' leg extensions. And my legs have responded better to the heavy lifting than any other major muscle group I train. If I could get my arms to explode like that, I'd be in seventh heaven. What's this 20-rep squat program about, anyway?

I agree, massive physique. Hard work has definitely paid off for you. I estimate your bodyfat to be anywhere from 9-12% though.

I would have guessed a little higher then the lower numbers, but i suppose that can change with some lack of carbs. Thanks guys. I feel a little better about not worrying about gaining some fat while on the 20 rep program. I want to keep it as lean as possible ( as anyone would ) but I will be keeping picture progress like I said and weight measurements as well as waist/arm/chest/thigh measurements at beginning/middle/end. They say this is the ultimate mass building workout, so im going to put it to the test. Veg - Browse the training forum and look for my 20 rep squat post, has all the info in there about it. Im personally doing the original with a few substitution exercises.

Im not sure if you do have, say around 13-15% bf .... or just that your abs are lagging ..... Anyway looking good ... legs and lats look big .... Id say chest and delts are lagging

I agree, chest has always been a very weak point for me. It should be noted Im not really into this for the body building aspect, I would be lying however if I said I didnt care about looks. Because I do. This is more for football and strength. I want to compete in some competitions in the future (natural). And be the best I can be in future semi-pro seasons. Unfortunately this pic was pretty bad quality but its the best one I could get with what I have atm. Ill have a better camera in a few weeks when I take my beginning pic of the squat program. I weighed in at 217 today...lol
