BF... - Sunday, May 04, 2008 12:39 PM ( #1 )
well this is out of my journal but a little modified:

ive decided im playing wide receiver again this year and its not that im not fast already cause im fast as hell but i really dont need this little layer of fat for my position or for this summer

Last time i tried cutting i got really frustrated but i think i have a better idea of what im doin this time (not starving myself)

Anyway i started at 208lbs midday so im guessing mornign weight was like 204ish and a 35 inch waist... (may 1st)

Now im at 195? midday wit a 33 2/8 inch waste and my abs are more defined than before from water loss i guess even though that seems like a lot.

I plan to be dieting for 6-8 weeks and want to lose about 8 lbs. nd get to around 7 % body fat.  When i finish at the end of June i will bulk really clean all summer until the season starts where i wanna be about 198-202 at 7%

Thats guessing that if i lose 8lbs ill be around 196 and then gain maybe 2-6 lbs of muscle in (6 would be nice) july nd august.

Im doin a good bit of cardio nd taking alot of bcaas while im doing them and during my workouts.

so anyway...heres some pictures from today-i guessed my bf right at the end of my bulk to be about 11 but now it looks like 9 or somthin cause of the water? 10 maybe? what do you guys think?

i wanna get down to about 7

You look very cut and lean.

How are you measuring it at 11? I would say you're in the 7-8% range from those pictures. Pick up some calipers for $10 and you can monitor it.

It might be harder than I think to tell though from those pics becasue I would have guessed you weighed 170-175 at 6' and not 195. Anyway, looking good. I see you're from Pittsburgh. Hope you train hard and represent the WPIAL if you plan on taking your game to the next level.

Looking pretty cut there, I would take a guess at 10%, but percentages are over-rated. Regular caliper tests are the best form of measure.

Of course there is the more reliable 'mirror' test

Good job though, looking great

you'd make a good WR dude.

the coach has asked me numerous times to try out for linebacker or fullback.

but you look lean, you're probably pretty quick and agile too. let me know how it goes

I've played Plum in soccer before when I was back in high school. I'm from the South Hills area (also in Allegheny county)... Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park, Upper St. Clair, etc. Good sh!t man, small world.
