i know i'm kinda skinny guy (low lbm) ... i just turned 17 ... , but i have a relatively high body fat % i guess .... btw , i show u guys in one the attached photos a photo of me pinching my lower-ab fat ... is that the size of 1 pound of fat or less ? also do you guys what do you guys think of my body type ? ... i used to be overweight but lost alot of weight the wrong way : (starvation diets and etc ....) so i think im definitely not the ectomorph type although i look thin now ... i hope i'm not over 15%! ~_~ and btw , if i started working out (weights only - compound / multi-joint exercises) will i lose fat without cardio ? i no most noobs lose fat / gain muslce for a while when they r first starting out but is this only for those who do Cardio + Weights at the beginning ? thanks in advance ...

completely forget about losing fat, all that will do is make you look even skinnier and ultimately sickly. EAT EAT EAT and lift hard you need muscle on your frame before you lose fat otherwise there is nothing to see.

thanks for the reply , actually i didn't say i wanna cut , cuz i know cutting at this point is kinda RISKY ... i was just wondering about my BF& AND if i'll lose fat when first starting out without doing any cardio , in fact i can't do cardio these days cuz i'm in the-eXams period right now and it will last for a long time , so the only thing i can do is the 3x/week of weight lifting. thanks again for ur reply ...

if you eat correctly and have your diet down then yea you will lose some fat while gaining muscle, but in your instance i would just eat everything i could get my hands on, your % bodyfat is probably in the single digits, most likely 7-10 i would venture a guess

To be honest, it looks like you have a lot of extra skin, not fat. Fill that flabby skin with muscle! Eat a lot, lift hard, and don't be afraid of negating the sucess you had losing weight whether or not you lost it in a healthy manner. As said, some extra fat is normal.
Everytime I get on this forum, I get a craving for peanut butter. 18 yrs. 180lbs. BF% N/A, estimated 17% ON 100% Whey, water and a whole lot of food!
