I'm struggling here:  It doesn't specify how many g of carbs and what kind (dextrose?) is in it.  Is that info there and I'm just missing it?  How many days' supply would it be.  Says 30 svgs.  $19 a month is not cheap, imo.

Why would it have carbs in it? It is an amino acid supplement.

I personally like ON's Liquid amino.

RJ,
Look at the ingredient list:  "In a carrier of complex carbohydrates."

RedJeep----you still workin at a GNC?

i've takin a few BCAAs and going to have to say the best deal for most is 1fast400.  you can get a 1000g container for 30bucks and it goes a very long way.  BUT this recoup that you talkin about does have a little extra stuff like the glutamine where 1fast400 is strait up bcaa complex.

I have the 1fast stuff as well, but it takes like death.  I think it might be worth some money to get some BCAA in capsules, more portable too if you want to take with you throughout the day.

Precisely the reason  I wouldn't buy it. Only 7.2g of AA/ serving is low compared to other products. There is no need for the addition of carbohydrate, it is just filler product so you get less of what you want, and more of what is cheaper for them to add in.

What up man, haven't seen you around much, but maybe ive just been away more than usual. IDK.

No I don't work anymore. School is crazy so that is what I spend my time doing. School, studying, Eating, and lifting. Pretty much all I do.

I will check out that supp. how many serving does it say it has?
