Branch Chained Amino Acids. I believe it is just a form of another essential amino acids to build muscle. BCAA could be used effectively when BBers are in the cutting cycle. Consuming BCAA throughout the day will help decrease the amount of muscle loss from the weight loss. Other than to be used in a cutting cycle, a lot of people use them during their bulking cycle as well.

Isoline Lucine Valine Im sure I probably misspelled some of those. They are the essential amino acids. Most notable during cutting to help prevent the breakdown of muscle. I really wouldnt waste the money to use them while bulking unless you got the money to blow. JMO
