NROL for a great variety of lifts, plus insight on how weightlifting works. Starting Strength for detailed descriptions on how to perform the big lifts. Practical Programming for incredible detail on every aspect of training - I consider this the best of the three.

you can't go wrong with any of them. Those are the only 3 that I own, and PP is just a personal fav.
