I skimmed through it for a minute. Basically it's a routine that incorporates all the important, compound lifts. They are all done heavy and frequently. Yup, I see it working. Nothing groundbreaking though.

people take the same old stuff and principles that have been around for years. tweak it a bit add a cool name to it BAM, ground breaking new training... right?
