BB while losing fat

i started BB 1yr ago and im kinda fat woul;d it be good to run in the morning 20-30min 3x a week? and not lose muslce?>

doing cardio while bodybuilding really has to do with what type of body type u have. ectomorphs(skinny people who have a hard time gaing wieght) really should do not cardio but seeing as how u said your kinda fat now you sound like an ectomorph( one who gains fat easily) or a mesomorph (one who can lose weight or gain wieght when they want) if ur either of those 2 it can defenetly benefit you to do cardio. this might limit some muscle gains but hardly noticeable at all, mainly it will just help u gain less fat. Make sure u stick to high intensity cardio for no more than about 25 min. long slow cardio can make u lose muscle.

Diet should come first and foremost. Calorie deficit from cardio is good and can get some results, but a good diet Will get great results, combining the two give the best... Take some amino acids before your run as well to limit muscle loss.
Eat...Lift....Sleep......Repeat Enjoy the process.. but crave the goal.
