I know I would take a couple of stress tabs a day instead of just one. They have every B vitamin which as you know helps with energy and wanting to kill people at work, so I did but to answer your question.. Unless you just need it, you shouldn't. Not that it will hurt, you just don't really need it.

Not necessary. If you take a multi vitamin, and a b-complex, that's sufficient. You'll urinate the remainder of what isn't used anyway. In easier meaning, you're wasting money.
Current Supplements: Multi, Whey, Caffeine, BCAA, Vitamin C, Calcium Current Cycle: Strength "Do not go where the path may lead, instead go where there is no path, and leave a trail."
