Avoiding Cutting and Bulking - Thursday, May 08, 2003 8:15 AM
It seems as though the primary line of thought in body building these days is to Bulk up for months and then Cut up for months. But I was wondering if there was another way. I sort of got the idea from another posting that Cursor neither cuts or bulks but manages to maintain proper diet levels to get lean and grow muscle.

I' m assuming something like this is just significantly more difficult to really perfect than a Cutting/Bulking diet, is that right?

Am I way off target here? Any comments please.
