AMINOGEN® is protected by U.S. Patent no. 5,387,422 Ok I have a tub of Synthesize and going to log it over 30 days. Very nice profile to it and all should go very good. I started to use this product a couple weeks ago and had an injury in the gym with my elbow (lifting to much damn weight all the time) only used it for 3 workouts and felt stronger and fuller on it so far so good, but I had to take about 9 days off to recover so I am looking to continue where I left off with Synthesize, I'm getting ready to rock and roll. Today was chest day, first day back on the Synthesize everything went very well, Started light and worked my way to heavy and back down to light weight again Flat Bench straight bar 125 X 15 (warm up) 135 X 12 (still warming up, LOL) 155 X 11 175 X 11 205 X 11 215 X 10 235 X 9 255 X 7 275 X 3 My incline strength isn't great, but I did this 100 X 10 125 X 10 145 X 10 165 X 9 Alright this is this weeks chest workout, pretty normal for me so far. We will see, I haven't been on SyntheSize long enough yet to let it work. I'll stay tuned.

Ok My old lady is kicking me out of the house, been with her 2 years, crazy cause I love her. I'm really depressed, haven't ate much last couple days I do need to cut and this is the wrong way, but im getting everything in order anyway so I'm good. SyntheSize used it today, took a couple days off from last workout. I'm drained, depressed, tired, headache thinking bout shyt. It's cool, went to my dads today did straight bar shoulder press Shoulder press 75 X 15 75 X 15 95 X 12 105 x 11 110 X 11 125 X 10 135 X 10 145 X 9 Ok Adernaline flowing today guys, for sure muscled through it with very low calories last couple days and I was HE-MAN well for my standard anyway, next sets Shoulder Shrugs Dumbell 65 X 45 85 X 40 95 X 25 Don't even know what they are called, you know when you take some 25lb dumbells and go straight out like a bird back and fourth, you get the picture 20 X 15 25 X 11 25 X 10 Dumbell shoulder press 65 an arm for 1 set for 10 reps. I need to get my diet up, not consuming enough calories but the synthesize seems to be helping that and some carbs and protein powder I use at different times. The Synthesize is good stuff. Taste pretty good to like a orange sweet tart or something. I will be back soon. Getting into running and hitting a punching bag in a couple weeks, adding that in too. Thanks
