I only have a few pics cuz the lighting situation was gettin on my nerves. so i gave up. and also. Those frontals look kinda awkward. I feel more toned then that. not like I wannabe but still. IDK I'll get more pics up before too long

thanks man. I'm currently bulking a little more. I'm trying to hit 195-200. I'll continue this workout for like 3 more months then do some power lifting. Then cut.

Well for the longest time I was on Chest and back, then shoulders and arms. But this was really starting to affect my joints like my shoulders and elbows i think mainly bc i super set everything. I'm on this post exhaust workout now. Its pretty sweet. my slashes mean supersetting it

Chest and shoulders
Bench - 3x6 reps / Dumbbell fly - 3x20 reps
Incline - 3x6 reps / Dumbell fly incline - 3x20 reps
(I like to switch from dumbells to to straight bar every other chest and shoulder day and throw in cable flies when i can)

Dumbell military (but i rotate the dumbells to the front when down, not for rear shoulder) 3x6 reps / dumbell name??? lol (raising the dumbell up and kinda to the side, for fronts) 3x20 reps
Straight bar military - 3x6 reps/ Rotator cuffs - 3x20 reps

Back and Arms
Barbell Rows - 3x6 reps / Dumbell row - 3x20 reps
Wide grips - 3x6 / Close grips - 3x20

Bicep
Straight bar curl - 3x6 reps / hammer curls - 3x20 reps
curl bar curls - 3x6 reps / reverse grip curls - 3x20 reps   (biceps maybe over worked cuz theirs a ton of pulling in the back part of this workout)

tricep
Overhead rope ext - 3x6 reps / straight bar cable push downs - 3x20 reps
skull crushers - 3x6 reps / single arm cable push downs - 3x20 reps

workout is up for critique'ing please. Ill start preexhaust very soon which is basically the same except for doing ur iso's first then compound lifts

and ANDY11 I didnt have a good chest pic in any of these. I've actually got a decent size chest, well i believe. I'd like more roundness and form and the bottom below the nipples like a see alot of ppl with. But we'll see what this workout does for me i just started it like a month ago. I'm in a new house, ill post better pics now
