Attempt 2 losing again - Wednesday, November 30, 2005 4:36 PM ( #1 )
Hey im 17 a year ago i was 216lb I played rugby every day practically then one day i decided i wanted to become healthier and fitter so i started jogging everyday doin as much cardio as i could alongside my rugby I am large anyways as have big structure well any ways i managed to get down to 189lb over 5 months losing the weight felt great as i hadnt meant to but when i had started I just wanted to continue and get down to a slim size well anyways my problem came round the 5th month all of a sudden my weight didnt change one week i hadnt ate any different and done probably even faster and longer running circuits i thought ok next weeks a new week worked even harder again nothing changed this happened for weeks sometimes even gaining 1lb or so anyways i got worried so had a look around for other people and had found same hapening for other people who had done only cardio in the end i lost all the effort and gave in over 6months that followed i gained all the weight back i had lost. Ive decided to try it again i havnt started jogging yet as dont want to get stuck in a rut again i want to jog and i go to the gym 3x's a week anyway so im just wondering if there is anything i can do to stop this stuck in rut situation also i bought some maximuscle cylone bars as well (24 for £30 gr8 deal found a lil offer thingy) and just wondered when to have them how many a day and when also what to do before and after jogging so my cardio dosnt burn my muscle aswell as fat. NEED HELP PLEASE CAN SOMEONE JUST TELL ME SOME THINGS NOT TO DO AND WHAT THE MAIN THINGS ARE

so far i no

- eat 5 - 6 meals a day
- muscle burns fat
- cardio increases metobolism
- i dont eat junk food but what food is the right food?

and also what supplements for muscle growth are good as well?

I dont think much of this makes sense but if you do understand it please respond

cheers a2kcollett
