 Athletic Diets

Athletic Diets - Saturday, March 26, 2005 12:08 PM
What should an athletes diet look like. I'm talking about for football. I weight 210lbs and play Linebacker, Tightend and sometime safety. I workout like around 3-4x a week and run 2x a week. I do pylos and alot of other stuff. How many calories should I eat. Not trying to gain weight or anything. What are good foods or diets to eat.
