Asymetrical body

The left side of my upper body is stronger and a little bit more defined than my right how can I fix this I want to be symetrical. The weird this is that I am right handed. Thanks DA

It is noticible when I take my sshirt off.

One method, and this takes time is to do One arm exercises with the weakest side deciding the max weight for both sides. i.e, you do bench press on the smith machine with your weak side / small side first, (one handed) then do same reps / weight with strong side. Do concentration curls, hammer curls etc.. all starting with weak/ small side, repeat reps with strong side. You will not get the satisfaction for the strong side with the pump/ total workout feeling, but it’s not what your goal currently is. When the weak/smaller side is caught up, then go with normal equal reps. Peace jim
