As confusing to me as Underwear to Paris Hilton. - Monday, October 13, 2008 4:18 AM ( #1 )
Hi guys, fresh off the boat here, hope everybody is doin well. Frankly I'm a bit confused about something and maybe some kind experienced friend can help. I'm about 6 feet tall and I'm slim. Now I like being slim, but I've always wanted to put on a little muscle on top, while making sure the bottom side (abs, ass) are nice and tight. The problem is I'm not really sure what to do, I usually jog every day and I lift (casually) 2 days a week. The problem is I feel that the jogging is burning any gains I can make, but than if I don't jog every day I'm scared to put on weight. So what should I do? should I jog one day, and work out the next?? or what can i do?

you have to eat to gain muscle.  you have visualabetosis.  it means for some reason you have to see your abs at all times.  it's a scary disease and will prevent you from gaining large amounts of muscle.
No the leg press is not the same as doing squats.

LOL... Well I don't know if you made that word up or not but its true. I use to be like that but nnot anymore. Besdies if you do weighted ab work when your bulking you should still see your abs..or at least I do.

I made it up... or at least i've never heard it before i just said it.  it's going to be used by me a lot on here i think.
