Hi, Can anyone help arranging  these supplements according to the ability to gain muscles , is the glutamine is really essential or it may be replaced with BCAA.
Whey protien , creatine, glutamine ,multi vitamins, BCAA, nitric oxide.
please help.
my body weight is 64 KG and i am 179 CM tall.

Keep in mind, this is MY opinion on essentials for BB'ing:
Vitamins/antioxidants - maintain health
Whey protein - post-workout muscle builder/repairer
Creatine - muscle builder/energizer (cycled)
Glutamine - most burned up AA in muscles
BCAA's - I don't currently use these, I feel the amount of protein shakes I drink replaces this supplement.
NO - I don't use these either.  No reason, just have not justified a need as of yet.  Maybe somebody can sell me on some reasons to use it.

First off... FOOD!

Vitamins/antioxidants - maintain health
BCAA's -before and after workout
Whey protein - post/pre-workout muscle builder/repairer
Creatine -   before and after workout
Glutamine -  before/after/bed
NO - Before workout

highly recommended: creatine
recommended: NO, BCAAs
not recommended: Glutamine

Depending on you..  Glutamine is definately worth it.  I have been taking it for a while now and has been one of the best responding supplements I have used.  I stick to 3 - 5 grams pre and post and then 3 grams before bed..
