Keep in mind, this is MY opinion on essentials for BB'ing: Vitamins/antioxidants - maintain health Whey protein - post-workout muscle builder/repairer Creatine - muscle builder/energizer (cycled) Glutamine - most burned up AA in muscles BCAA's - I don't currently use these, I feel the amount of protein shakes I drink replaces this supplement. NO - I don't use these either. No reason, just have not justified a need as of yet. Maybe somebody can sell me on some reasons to use it.

Depending on you.. Glutamine is definately worth it. I have been taking it for a while now and has been one of the best responding supplements I have used. I stick to 3 - 5 grams pre and post and then 3 grams before bed..
