It seems my arms size isn't proportional to their strength. I curl the 80lb bar at 3 sets of 8 reps and do other bicep excersises. i look at other guys in the gym who curl close to or the same and they seem to have bigger arms. my triceps are pretty strong in comparison to others also. any tips for bigger size?

Increase your amount of reps. You are doing all your lifts at the lower end of the mass building rep range. This is going to lead to strength gains more so than volume.

Just because they're curling the same weight doesn't mean it's all they can handle for that particular move. Maybe they were deliberately going light? I just watched a video online of Chris Cormier squeezing out preacher curls with what looked like a 20 Lb dumbbell. WTF?? You gotta know Chris can toss more iron than that around. I'd agree with dontgvadam (who actually does, by the way -don't let the name fool you ), but I'd also stress that you should spend as much time and attention on your tri's as you do on curls. The triceps accounts for more than half of your upper arm mass. Personally, I don't do anything more than one exercise specifically for each right now, since I'm beating the crap out of them with spillover from rowing, chinups, and pressing compounds. I'm sticking with bar curls and dips right now for mass.

I do work my triceps as much as my biceps. my workout currently consist of a 4 day schedule continuely repeating with a rest day once a week. Day1 chest and legs, Day2 Shoulders and back, Day3 Triceps and legs, Day4 biceps and abs. Seems like i should be getting massive arm gains but it seems they are lacking?

It's just my knee-jerk first impression, but you're actually hitting your arms four days in a row. Every time I switch to a schedule like this, my bi's stop responding -which makes no sense at all to me. There are guys who put their arms through hell every single day doing manual labor, and the lack of recovery days doesn't seem to hamper their growth. It truly is a paradox.

I just started taking no-xplode and cellmass, so shouldn't the creatine help rebuild so even though i work them a lot they will repair quickly?

Topping off creatine reserves will help your contractile efficiency recover faster, but creatine has no effect on accelerating protein synthesis. Think of it this way: creatine is like a fuel additive that you put in your gas tank -it may increase engine efficiency, but it does nothing to repair the wear & tear between the pistons and cylinder walls. You still have to provide time for the muscle to repair the microtrauma that is inflicted during exercise. Definitely keep the creatine topped off, but you might want to consider adding some kind of anti-catabolic supplementation to that (like Glutamine & Leucine). At the very least, this may help mitigate any potential overtraining effects.
