 Arm measuring question

Arm measuring question - Monday, June 05, 2006 12:35 PM
when you measure your upper arm, do u have the tape going straight up and down? Because i measure it from the higest point on the bicep to the lowest point on the tricep and the tape comes ends up at a bit of an angle.
age- 16
height- 6'0
weight-220
bench-260
deadlift-315x7
%bf- bulking so prolly alot
arms- 17
chest- 48 inches
shoulders- 53 inches
neck- 16.5

Just do your best to be consistent.
 
Measure at the biggest point either flexed or with the arm extended straight to the side and palms up.
 
It should pretty much be in a big circle!  No angles or weaving...
