Hey what are yalls arm measurements?
Mine are 16.5 for biceps and 13 for forearms.

i haven't ever measured my forearms b4.  maybe i should do that sometime.   my measurements are in my signature below

December 2007 181 lbs.
Current weight : 199.8 lbs
32 in" waist
10.5% body fat - Jan 2008
Current BF : 13%
16.5 in' bicep
305 lb. max bench (in Jan. 08)
300 lb. max bench (on April 15th, 2008)
200 lb. Barbell Overhead press 1 rep max (April 2008)
Deadlift max = 275 lbs (april 15, 2008)
Curved barbell Curl max = 130 lbs. (April 15, 2008)
max squat = I don't know.. injured myself

Supplements
Gaspari SIZE-ON - creatine mono
Musclemilk - cytogainer (gots to get ma' carbs)
Pro-complex protein smoothie in the A.M.
Fish oil, vit. c, multivitamin



Working out is 90% mental... 10% physical

Bodybuilda, isn't your incline bench low in comparison to your flat?

I've noticed that, some i destroy some people in incline bench even if they own me in flat.

his incline looks fine in relation to flatbench IMO.  incline relies quite a bit more on triceps... you may just have stronger triceps than others.

Both non-pumped flexed
Bicep- a little over 15" (like 1/8 of a inch over)
forearms- a little over 13" (like 1/8 of a inch over)

your cores...the basic lifts squat, bench, incline, deadlift, row, etc

My max bench is 235. Squats are 435. Deadlifts 315.

thats a pretty good squat. i just began able to do my legs again so i am focusing hard on them my uper body i good though
