Your triceps should be EXTREMELY big to bench 225 at your size of 109 or whatever, because triceps are the major muscle used as far as bench press goes.

For biceps, just stick to all your major compounds, and have a back+bicep specialized day as well where you hit them with curls and such.

I honestly don't feel that you need to specialize on anything for forearms; i feel that they are already worked in quite a few other compound exercises. As for biceps, there are already quite a few threads that you can look into under the "Training" topic that might actually be some help to you.

You don't really need to do anything for forearms, because

they're usually worked in other exercises. Say you do bicep curls,

at the bottom curl your wrists. This way you will work both

forearms and biceps.

these are tips for the arm exercise . Use a lighter weight and keep the movement slow and controlled. You can also do this exercise with a bar attached to a low cable pulley.

In his sig it says he does 210. I just find that hard to believe, especially if he is 109.

I tend to agree. (Don't take it personally bodybuilda) but your lack of good routines and knowledge of weightlifting and the fact that you constantly contradict yourself kind of mars the ridiculous claims you make. If you want, you could get a digital camera, use the record on it and post it here and try to prove us all wrong. Until then, i'm not convinced.

If you are telling the truth then take some new pictures and post them, and if you have a video camera make a video benching 225. This is the only way to make us believe you. You probably can bench 225 but you have to undestand it is somewhat unbelievable. So make a video and prove us wrong.

dude you are tiny, and you tell us you can bench almost 100 pounds more than you weigh?! And you say that you benched 135 last year and this year u went up nearly 100 pounds (225). thats unlikely for anyone, especially of your size. Also, your bi's, tri's and forearms dont look like they "stick out" too good either.

well then.. where's a new picture?

you know how we are here at DBB... we doubt everything until it's proved to us   and even then..   a picture STILL might not do it.   guess we shall see

LOL, this kid is tiny. Add some bulk to that little frame. You do not bench that much, maybe 125. Your chest is caving in. You are just really small/skinny.
