Bodybuilda, isn't your incline bench low in comparison to your flat? I've noticed that, some i destroy some people in incline bench even if they own me in flat.

his incline looks fine in relation to flatbench IMO. incline relies quite a bit more on triceps... you may just have stronger triceps than others.

Both non-pumped flexed Bicep- a little over 15" (like 1/8 of a inch over) forearms- a little over 13" (like 1/8 of a inch over)

My max bench is 235. Squats are 435. Deadlifts 315.

thats a pretty good squat. i just began able to do my legs again so i am focusing hard on them my uper body i good though

I didn't want to max out to high for fear of hurting my back. Now they are 405 without straps, chalk, or belt. I know it's still lower than squats, it's just for some reason my hands get extremely sweaty and I can only hold so much. With straps though it's much higher.

working on explosive phase vertical: 35 weight: 206 Big 3: 300/440/515 Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.

That post where I said I was doing 315 was 3 or 4 months ago. When I first started doing them. Now it's 405 without straps or anything. With straps they're higher, but unless I do it on my own then it doesn't count.
