Bodybuilda, isn't your incline bench low in comparison to your flat?

I've noticed that, some i destroy some people in incline bench even if they own me in flat.

his incline looks fine in relation to flatbench IMO.  incline relies quite a bit more on triceps... you may just have stronger triceps than others.

That was 4 months ago when I started doing them. I didn't want to max out to high for fear of hurting my back. Now they are 405 without straps, chalk, or belt. I know it's still lower than squats, it's just for some reason my hands get extremely sweaty and I can only hold so much. With straps though it's much higher.

if theyre 405 now, then why did you put 315...

i still question your squat number
working on explosive phase
vertical: 35
weight: 206

Big 3: 300/440/515

Did you not read the last post on the first page. That post where I said I was doing 315 was 3 or 4 months ago. When I first started doing them. Now it's 405 without straps or anything. With straps they're higher, but unless I do it on my own then it doesn't count.
