Only things I see are, if you're going to eat that butter, cheese and spaghetti/pasta, go for organic. Bread crumbs...that's pushing it, but once in a while is fine.

Fat Free Cheese?  Is that legal?  Bread crumbs are iffy, but everything else is A-OK.  Don't fear fat, and pile that pasta on your plate!  I eat 1/4 cup per forkful!!!! :)

you can substitute almond meal (aka ground almonds) for bread crumbs - at least some of them.

I'd add some paprika, some crushed dried basil & oregano, some garlic powder and a little salt & pepper to that breading mixture.

I'd saute up some onion & garlic for the saucey portion.

but, I'm also a cooking fiend.

I tried a for the 1st time at a resturant down the street a Grande Bowl. I was wondering what you think of it, Healthy or Not.

It has:
Lettus
Black Beans
Rice
Chicken
Salsa Fresca
Cabbage
cotija
Cheese
Chipolte Sauce, mine didn't have any...
