Remember this? Perhaps you should re-read the info in that link. The most effective way to get the body you want would be to bulk up first, which means putting on muscle and some size, and then cut to get rid of the fat covering the muscle you built. Trying to put on muscle while keeping a low bodyfat percentage is next to impossible- If it was do-able, I'd think pretty much everyone here would be doing just that, instead of cycling through cutting and bulking phases. Anyway, on to the supps- There are plenty of supps out there that claim they can put on lean muscle mass, but keep in mind it's all marketing nonsense. One of the absolute must haves is a good protein powder though- If you're going to GNC, I know they carry Designer protein, which is what I'm using right now- It tastes good as far as shakes go, and I've had great results with it- I've tried some of the other stuff they have at GNC, and found them to be total crap. So, my advice to you is buy some protein while you're there, and try a bulking cycle- You can get more info by doing a search on the word "bulking" up top- Try it for a couple of months, and see how you like the gains. Whenever you feel like you're putting on too much size, go ahead and do a cutting phase so you can see all the muscle you've put on.
