Do you think it' s possible to ingest 550 grams of protein per day if you weight 180lbs, as suggested by some protein calculators (not your site) without the help of certain " helpers?"

Absolutely NOT possible without some help, nor would you want to ingest that much protein for a healthy lifestyle.

#1 that' s more than 10,000 calories in protein alone (4 calories per gram of protein).

#2 you' d literally go into kidney failure.

Honestly? You would most likely die by consuming this much protein. Not only that... but you would never be able to go #2

The most protein recommend per day is 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight. Unless you are a professional bodybuilder I would recomend 0.8 to 1 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. So you may want to consume about 180 grams of protein per day.
