Are you supposed to take creatine on non-lift days

Are you supposed to take creatine on non-lift days - Tuesday, May 19, 2009 12:32 PM ( #1 )
as of right now ive been doing

mon: shoulders
teus: legs
wed: chest
thur: back
fri: biceps +triceps

but in two weeks im going to switch it to

mon: chest + tri
teu: run
wed: back + bi
thur:run
fri: shoulders + legs. 

should i take the creatine on the days i run?

i use creatine and i take every day (even on rest days) the only time i dont take it is on my cycle wich is 30 days on and 30 days of

things is i have that CE2 stuff that in pill form.  so i mean is there any point in taking those pills like on weekends when i rest

the general felling is to take the same dose everyday for 30 days and then stop for 30 days (even on rest days ) alot of people differ on how long they take it before stoping so some might do it like me 30 on and 30 of others take it for like 6 weeks take 5 weeks of so its just a general guide but i think it is best 30 on and 30 of even on rest days
