use it if you want but at our age we dont need supplements to grow. I've never used creatine or NO in my life. only protien powder. People pay for what our bodies make naturaly at this age, take advantage of it and eat a ton. you WILL get gains without supplements. If you wanna spend the money then go for it.

certain supplements will help alot more than others but overall ur not gonna see much change just from adding a supplement since its such a small part of overall results. i would just buy some quality protein powder and maybe creatine

Get a generic multi-vitamin, generic whey protein, and if your feeling spunky; get a creatine. Done.
Current Supplements: Multi, Whey, Caffeine, BCAA, Vitamin C, Calcium Current Cycle: Strength "Do not go where the path may lead, instead go where there is no path, and leave a trail."

indeed, supplements wont help if you arent eatng enough anyway. at 15, youll probably be gaining good strength and size from just eating a lot of food and training regularly. whey would be fine post workout with a banana, other than that and a multivitamin, youre good to go. dont worry much about supplements, wory about your diet before that.

no offense but if you only gained 7-8 pounds in a year your doing something wrong. Most beginners make the mistake of not dieting right. Supplements will help but you will see drastic changes when you begin to eat right and eat alot
working on explosive phase vertical: 35 weight: 206 Big 3: 300/440/515 Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.

Rolling Stone? not to call you out or anything, but do you have any idea what your talking about? maybe hes not looking to bulk.. if that weights pure muscle, and hes cut considerably then 7-8 pounds is absolutely outstanding.

Yeah, I gained 7-8 lbs of just pure muscle and lost a bit of fat. Age 14-15 I went to the gym about 4 times a week, ate a lot--> including junk. Now- I drink 3 glasses of milk. No junk food. I have yogurt, juice, a lot of meat, a banana, an apple sometimes. 5 meals a day. I also take multivitamin pills and calcium pills. In 3 weeks I have added 4 lbs but not all muscle though You guys are right for me diet was the key! But reading these supplement reviews TEMPT me!!

Im 14 and i have been taking the below supplements for 3 monthes for wrestling. I will not deny that i have had great gains and the biggest secret to supplements and especially creatine is EATING every 3-5 hours. i have absolutley no side affects and my doctor recomended that i not take them at my age but only said that it will stunt my growth, which is kinda a possitive for me becuause i would like to stay small for wrestling to lose more weight. i think it is perfectly fine use supplements including creatine at our age. i would not reccomend creatine monohydrate because it screws up ur kindneys for some reason. PEACE

ORIGINAL: ripped_ I am only 15 years old andI have been working out for 1 year without any suplemnts. i have addd around 7-8 pounds throughout this course. I have planned to buy these supplements Optimum 100% Whey Protein Universal Animal Pak SizeOn or Avanol Harcore (buy them after I am 16- summer time) Are these supplemtns okay for me? I'm going to be taking 2 of those exact supplements soon, the Multivitamins(Animal Pak) and the Creatine(SizeON), I'm also on Whey Protein, but EAS 100% whey instead. I'm myself 17 and you are 15. If I were you at your age I would seriously wait on taking the SizeON and the Animal Pak because I would say that at your age their just not needed now. I would say taking the 100% whey Protein is fine, remember at your age stick to the basics which are: whey protein, multivitamin(other than animal pak, just a generic one), and a fishoil. You may not want to hear this, but DIET, DIET DIET, DIET, is what your must first focus on before anything... get your diet down by finding out how many calories you need a day, than from their how many grams of protein/carbs/fat a day you need. I know it's hard at first to create a meal plan and do all of these things as it seems very boring, yet somewhat hard, but we can get you on track!!!! Good Luck

I used creatine and protein when i was 14 and 15 and it didnt have much effect on me, i had a pretty bad diet at the time but was training regularly 2-3weight sessions a week and 3 rugby sessions..I have stoped useing all suplements since november and changed my diet compleatly, eating plenty regularly, lots of fruit, veg, milk and meat and drinking lots of water too. I found that it is working better then when I was useing the supplements.

Hey ripped_i was at GNC today picking up my supplements(whey, Nitro Tech, mass xxx, strong mans vitamins) and i asked him about animal pak and he told me he wud never sell it to anyone under the age of 18 just because of the high amount of creatine...becuz kids our age im 15 also by the way..kids our age dont need massive amounts of creatine becuase our bodys are still growing and when u buy creatine at a young age it messes with ur heart rate and can cause certain cancers and cuts down your life time...Thats what GNC told me

oh man your scaring me.. I was just about to buy some creatine supplement. Well, I just turned 16 and I am now taking Cytosport complete whey, glutamin, multivitamins. I guess a creatine supplement wouldnt be that bad if i drink a lot of water?

i think at the age of 16 you have no need of any kind of supplements, my suggession is that you have to go for natural body , becuase this is age when you take the advante of making of your body naturaly, i think you have only need some protine, so protine are ok , don't go any kind of cretain or other product.
