I wouldn't waste my money on any pre-packed one-size-fits-all cleansing solutions from GNC. Not in a million years. Chances are, you'll be getting a lot of stuff you don't need, and too little of what you do. Do some research online and find a cleansing diet that doesn't involve a hobby kit. There are plenty, I'm sure. And, of course, steer clear of any cleanse advice that asks you to fast or drink only liquids -that is a recipe for hormonal disruption and it isn't necessary.

I agree with the above. Many cleansing diets have been created. Juice diets, cabbage soup diets, and lemon + maple syrup. There are many options. Try one and see how you feel. Perhaps this one: http://www.modeldietplan.com/cleansing.htm
