What is this supplement exactly? My friend gave it to me for free and I have been taking it the past few weeks is it a creatine type of supplement or what could it be compared too?

A sugar pill. nothing more.. I've tried it and didn't get any noticeable results.

Muscletech was psyched about this product at first, it reaches your dormant muscle fibers that aren't normally used. It triggers these muscle fibers to be used in growth and strength. Though the idea behind it is ingenious, i'm not sure if its effects were that noticable and powerful to be considered anything great.

Nothing. It makes out to be a revoultionary supplement but is nothing but a isanlely highly priced sugar pills
