Don' t know anything about the company, but as far as them being tabs, this causes 2 problems: 1) the cost effectiveness of tablet form is not as high as powder form; get much less for your dollar because they have to encapsulate it. 2) The tablet form of creatine takes longer to digest in your system so you dont get to pinpoint its digestion like with powder creatine; i.e.-if you want to take creatine immediately after your workout but your creatine is in pill form, you may swallow the creatine righ after WO but you probably will not actually absorb it until about 30 minutes after, due to the pill form. My solution to this problem (I had acquired TwinLabs Creatine Pills a few months ago) was just to open up the capsules and dump them into some cool-aid. Kind of a hassle for a product that is also more expensive. Hope that helps, Bryan

TXA-You seem to have tabs and caps confused. Caps (which you are refering to) can be opened up and dumped into a drink, basically powder in a cap. In any case, tabs will take longer to be absorbed which is why they recommend taking a serving before your workout so it will be slowly tricked in and most if not all will be absorbed, because your body/muscles can only absorb so much creatine at one time.

Ah, I see, knew of the difference but it didn' t occur to me. I guess what I said still stands true... definitely #1, and probably #2. How can you properly time your creatine intake (i.e.-3-5 in right before WO and 3-5 in right after) if you don' t know how long your body is taking to digest that tablet. Also, I doubt " most if not all will be absorbed" given that most of the studies I have seen show that very little is actually absorbed into the muscle. TwinPeak has even cited studies that show as little as only a few hundred mg absorbed per 5g I believe it was. In any case, I still believe I would go with powder :) -Bryan
