so is anyone up for another BULKING COMPETITION?? How about it? huh? start over this summer? I really want to start it because i am dedicating my summer to becoming bigger (every waking hour), so how about it?

I think I'm going to try to be cutting for summer.
What is the goal of the bulking competition? Weigh more in ratio to your starting weight? If so I think I'll stop by McDonald's on the way home ;)

Well we could have a certain amount of participants, I'd say 5 as a requirement. We'd collect pics of designated areas (chest, arms, legs, back...etc) before a specific date (such as June 31st). Then we'd agree upon an ending date (for ex Jan 1 2006). After all the pics are in we'd grade eachother on an agreed upon formula such as overall improvement upper body, overall improvement lower body, overall improvement for squat/deadlift/bench weights. Of course the likelihood of this all going through with 5 members over 6 months is kind of low.

ya solid is in, you'll get way more then 5 people if you wait 1 week, but then more then half are gonna drop out or not post their after pictures, (meaning: screwing up the competition)

Do leg shot, most muscular, front double bi, and rear lat spread... that should cover most of it, maybe the tricep and side chest, but i think in most muscular and front double bi is when people look the biggest
