Hey Been training for about 4 years now, was bout 220 pounds mostly fat! Now im trimmed down to about 180 pounds, physique is coming slowly! Ive upped the cardio to see more defined muscles! The main thing for me is the chest, all the other muscles are coming along fine but the chest still has the fat on. Im thinking of getting scuplt and LA Whey from LA MUSCLE! Anyone have any views on LA! Any help on the above will be appreciated! Thanks

LA muscles not bad, but its quite expensive for what it is. the best protein ive tried for the best lean gains and fat loss is probs dymatize iso-100, although its quite expensive its probs the best in its class.

hey thanks for the response! I have had dymatize b4 the very berry flavour!! Im still lookin for a fat immobiliser and something to keep the muscle preserved! I dnt wanna kill off muscle while doing cardio becasue i wanna get rid of the fat!! The love handles seem to go quickly is the belly area that needs to go! Thats y i wanna know a bit about scultp or fat stripper from LA Muscle!! Thanks

hey, to be honest i wouldnt waste ur money on fat metobolisers and fat strippers, the best thing to get rid of fat is a good diet and cardio.its pretty much impossibe 2 lose fat and preserve all ur muscle, u will lose a little but after a few months of trimming, return to a bulking phase and up the calories!
