how long should i take it. Just stop once i reach my goal?
Also i dont want to spend the money on cell mass ect, so i was wondering if i could get a schedule when to take nitrix, and of what to do like what foods would be best to eat at certain times (speak in stuff like protien carbs ect, then give me a good example if possible), then what time to work out.
Im using this to help me not only get bigger muscle wise, but also weight, i weigh 120 right now, i want to some meat on my bones.
if you want any other info please let me know.
Also i havnt been working out lately, i just started back and i am buring out 2 days, resting the third, burning out 2 days, resting the third. I still need to go buy some nitrix , i might get it off the internet.

Hey there. i recently took Nitrix. i took 4 bottles of it. no cellmass or no-explode. it was worthless. don't even spend the money.

Ive taken nitrix alone before...it worked very well for me. Works even better with No-xplode though.

do not waste your money....NO-Xplode and Cellmass are the TRUE mass stack ;)
