I'm new to DB, but know of it through my boyfriend who's a member. I might be posting this in the wrong spot, if so please forgive me. I'm 20 years old and currently 170. I'm at the end of my rope with how I look and could really use anyone's help. 4 years ago, I used to model. I was 135, 16 yoa and playing soccer at the time. Since then, I've had 3 surgeries~ 2 c-section cuts and one through the belly button .... most recent being 3 weeks ago Before the surgery, I was working out doing cardio and some things I got out of fitness mags, along with diet changes. I work at night 6pm-6am.. work 3 days off 2 , on 2 off 3. Trying to get in a routine has been the hardest thing, since my days off are like an everyday persons. I havent started going back to the gym yet, since I'm still sore and have some stitches. My legs are ok.... but bigger since I played 9 years of soccer. My mid section and back are the bad points. I have no idea what to do anymore or what kind of diet I need to be on... or supplements to take for that matter. I was doing Muscle Milk before... but that was it. Anyone that can help, it would be greatly appriciated... My goal is to get back to modeling at some point...
