Anyone else have this problem? - Monday, May 25, 2009 8:16 PM ( #1 )
I don't know if I am unique in this "problem" or what, I have been on a cut for so long that when i tried to give myself a cheat night tonight I didn't even eat alot but I got so sick I threw up. Also, unhealthy foods just don't taste as good to me anymore. Sweets and greasy things give me some serious nausea.

I have this problem too, sort of. Some bad food tastes super amazing because I haven't had it in so long, but some (say, white bread) makes me feel sick to my stomach and incredibly tired.

Unhealthy food in small amounts, not very often, means you can only eat unhealthy food...in small amounts, and not very often.

Hey, at least it makes sticking to a healthy eating plan easier.

Funny you mention this...This past Saturday, I treated my carb up/refeed day as a cheat day, having some jack in the box tacos and churos, a mcchicken, and 4 cookies and a donut. Neither food felt satisfying like I thought they would and I often had to force myself to eat throughout the day because after my first donut, I was full and felt sick. Later in the day and next morning, I had diahrrea.

Congratulations! You have successfully refined your pallet!

You have reached the point where your body in no longer addicted to the processed super crap that makes up the vast majority on the American diet.

I can't stomach most... "regular" food... I however can still be a major glutton, the difference is that my pig out food still needs to be good whole food... it's calorie content can be through the roof, though. If I make fettuccine Alfredo and cheese cake oh baby I can pack away pounds of the stuff, if you took me to olive garden 9aside from never speaking to you again), I couldn't eat a quater of a portion with out feeling sick.

It's a very good thing!

i dont like sweet either.  They make me cringe.  Grease on tha other hand is part of my diet and I love it.
