Yeah I tried it. It's a joke and a waste of money. It looks so good on TV, however, it's hard to put together and not very effective. The ab machines at the gym, and crunches will be your best bet. Remember that Diet is the key to getting abdominal muscles to show, so make sure that's in check while you do ab exercises.

true diet is so much important, my mum brought one a few months ago and i actually laughted at her for buying it, i tried using it myself and its not comfortable

i'd agree. you're much better off sticking to the basics i think and developing your abs using cruches and leg lifts for example
