Any link between squats and headaches?

I was wondering if anyone is aware of a link between squats, or a particular injury resulting from squats, that has been associated with headaches. I have been having almost constant headaches on the rear left side of my head for 2 weeks and having been through one brain surgery I get a little concerned. I am wondering if I might have injured myself doing squats. My form is not the best and it seems to be an awkward exercise for me anyway.

Ruptured cerebral aneurysm on the anterior communicating artery, likely resulting from uncontrolled high blood pressure. Currently, my blood pressure is under control and that was the first thing I checked. As the headaches have been so persistent I was curious if anyone else have ever received an injury due to squats, or other lifts, with resulting headaches.

Probably not jlp. My form while performing squats is poor, I have problems with my knees and, as I mentioned earlier, this is a somewhat awkward exercise for me. This headache is almost constant, not just during my workout. I am starting to suspect that I may have pulled some muscles in my neck or back.

There are so many things that could be causing your headaches after squating. High/low blood pressure, improper hydration, bad breathing, complications from your surgery, high/low blood sugar... etc. With your past, you should see a doctor and get his opinion. Where did you have your surgery? Similar location as the current headaches? Possibly related?
