I'm just concerned about this split right now :

Monday:
Squats
Incline Bench Press
OH Press
Bent Over BB or DB Row
Weighted Pullups or Pulldowns

Wednesday:
Deadlift
Flat Bench or Weighted Dips
Arnolds
Seated One Arm Rows
Weighted Pullups or Pulldowns

Friday:
Squats
Incline Bench Press
Hang Clean & Press
Bent Over BB or DB Rows
Weighted Pullups or Pulldowns

Before i would go to the gym 6 times a day to try and work everything out balanced... like this

Mon - chest
Tue - Back
WEd- Legs
thur-off
fri- shoulders
sat- arms
sun- off

but now with the 3 day full body split i wont be concentrating at all on arms or calves for my legs, the only legs work i'll have is squat.... I know the routine is filled with power lifts and the best mass building workouts, but what about the little things .... and it kinda doesnt make sense how this split is only 3 days cuting my gym days in half and its suppose dto make me grow more .... Please help !!!!

I'll try to explain...

Squats: Work the entire lower posterior.. including calf's and hams..

Bench Pressing... Works the Triceps

Any type of rowing exercise such as BB or DB rows.. hammers the bi as well as any curl...

Unless.. you're already a monster.. and have huge, ripping overly developed muscles... your calfs, bi's and Tri's, Rear delts will get plenty of stimulation and more than likely will grow larger... on a 3 day than if doing a 5 or 6 day... Growth is directly related to rest and diet..
